Another car gadget

Andrew has totally enjoyed adding gadgets to our prado...I'm not such a fan. So far we have in Andrew words..."beautiful 70% off road, 30% road tyres....rhino rack on the roof and ARB steel bull bar( that arrives dive mins before the car).
I have just found him in the shed putting another gadget together for the car....a Jerry can holder and a shovel holder and next week he's booked it in to get spotlights... THAT'S IT! NO MORE...as a mother driving it around with all this "stuff" on the car I feel a bit silly but I'm sure i will be grateful once we're on the road in 10 sleeps!

Bathers.....check

Have ticked off another job...organized our out-of-control bathers pile on the laundry and have managed to pack what we need into one bag that is ready in the caravan....

Ikea

Had a great day today.... Only 15 sleeps to go and trying to fit in as much retail time as possible! Ikea with three other girls.... Perfect retail therapy for me. My favorite part of the day is most definitely popping the purchases around out home.... Here is a few....

New awning....

Our old awning was tearing apart after our trip to yamba...this is our new one just fitted...the captain was not sure in my colour choice but now is very happy with it!

Important stuff...

Just added a Zoe touch to the front door of our new home. Andrew has his own decoration he will be adding but mine is far more about the styling!

Getting stuff done...

We have had a great last week with visitors and now that they have gone we are feeling a little under the pump to get some stuff done in preparation for the trip in 21 sleeps.... Today I have bought and packed all the dry food and have managed to pack the boys summer clothes and winter clothes.Audrey's clothing is a little daunting....so much to sort in her wardrobe that I am leaving that for another day.
Finally feel after this start on things today that we are a bit more in control and prepared....
